I started this blog to share my little experiences that I have gained through years of travelling and also to know your experiences. But as I continue this blog you may find that this blog is pretty much biased towards mountains. Ok let me just accept it I am into mountains. But it does not mean that I don’t like beaches or new cities or any new places, most importantly I love travelling but for me it’s the mountains which have everything…..thrill, suspense, fear, joy, disappointment….drama.

Once we are halting at Lingtam. After our dinner we put on our jackets and went for a walk, the road was through a jungle, we are young, took a turn into the jungle, later down the hill that led us to a waterfall. Believe me what a beauty it was. It was full moon night, the bright moon light was glittering on the water, chill winds, we were sitting on the rocks beside the stream, oh! it was perfect.
And I love the people there, which acts as a catalyst for my love for the mountains. Its also got a story, last year at Tonglu I was running short on my budget, staying at a home-stay and trying to cut my expenses on food. The owner offered me chicken curry and said, ” you don’t have to pay for this, it will be my pleasure.” Such beautiful they are.
